I called fourteen jet companies yesterday looking for a pick up of 2 family members at a Caribbean Island prior to hurricane Irma hitting it. When i got to Priority One, Ian was on absolute fire. Every step along the way, he kept a can do attitude. Into the process, more and more people got added, to a total of 8. He handled any curve ball that was sent his way related to the size of the jet and preparing all the documentation. He stayed in touch for the critical communication all the way until completion. To compare and contrast, half the companies didn’t even consider talking to me and a few topped it off with remarks that I would not find a plane to go there. I may have to introduce them to Ian.
